Can I bring anyone with me to my appointment?
No. I do not have a waiting area and due to Covid-19, only one guest is allowed at a time in the salon. This Includes children.

How is payment made?
Payment can be paid through the booking site either when you book or on the day through Eftpos-1.6% fee. Afterpay (6% fee) is available as well as exact cash.

Where do I go once I arrive?
Watch my Instagram story Parking. Go to the front door.

How strict are you on refill retention?
To put It shortly, very. You will be charged extra or a full set if you have less than the needed amount remaining on the day. 40-50% depending on 2/3 week fill.

Do you sell eyelash cleansers?
Yes! They are $25 and come with a cleansing brush. If you don't cleanse your lashes I will not let you come back as a client. Lash cleansing plays a massive part in keeping your lashes and eyes healthy and preventing lash mites and infections.

Will eyelash extensions ruin my natural lashes?
No! As long as they are done correctly and you look after them, you won't have an issue.

What do I wear to my appointment?
Comfy, warm clothes.

Please go to the toilet before you come to your
appointment.

Unfortunately, I cannot let you wait Inside my salon for your ride to come. You must leave as soon as your appointment finishes as I need adequate time to clean, eat and use the restroom.
